Although I always adjust to the specific needs of the students, I pay significant attention to the Spanish grammar. This may look like the longest way, but at the end, my students are able to develop a very good communication skills. In fact, the development of communication skills is one of my main goals.
Also, I have prepared most of my practices in Memrise. This has helped me to make more fun the lessons and speed up the learning curve. Also, most of my Japanese students are very busy and with the Memrise app in their phone they have a lot of flexibility to practice my lessons.

I am aggregate researcher here and this has been my full time job since 2006. I have written several research articles, book chapters, and reports about the Japanese and Indian economies. I have participated at several conferences related with Economics.
