The reason that brought me to Japan was because I wanted to learn Japanese. In the past I studied English and Japanese in my home country and I felt that the learning progress was very slow since I had no one to practice what I learned with outside of classes. This made me decide to come to Japan to study the language and daily forced me to put it into practice. And actually, it has been a very good experience and I see excellent results. My wish is to be able to find a stable job in Japan and continue my life in this beautiful country.
I would like to be a Spanish teacher because I feel that it can be an easy language for japanese people to pronounce, and Spanish-speaking countries are very rich in culture, I would like people in Japan to be more interested in them and visit them.
I am an Industrial Designer from Chile, with experience in product design, UX/UI design, footwear design, visual merchandising and advertising. My hobby is doing yoga, visiting art exhibitions, going to concerts of my favorite bands and exploring outdoor places.
My native language is Spanish. During my life I studied English, through different means, using various methodologies where I saw that some worked better than others. Today, I am studying Japanese at a school in Akihabara. Based on my experience studying another language and the methodologies that worked for me, I would like to teach my students.
Let's have fun talking in Spanish!
My teaching methodology is based on detecting the student's learning interests and from that, developing conversation topics where they can put Spanish into practice. We can review newspaper articles, biographies, magazines, videos and, based on our understanding of these, analyze using Spanish. I think that apart from practicing daily conversation, it is good to review the use of the language in different types of context since in this way the vocabulary can be expanded.
