My name is Marcelo Fernandez, I'm Salvadoran-American, which means I was born in El Salvador and after my marriage I became US citizen. I'm a Lawyer and ex-soldier from El Salvador's Army. I'm young, happy and very active person, I like dance salsa, hike in the woods, I love dogs and If you want me as teach some Spanish or English I guarantee you that you will learn and have fun in the mean time. ?Provide legal services in various aspects of Salvadoran law including labor, family and commerical.

BANCO AGRICOLA:
?LEGAL ASSISTANT (08/2012- 08/2013)
Served as a final legal verification officer for Banco Agricola’s commercial transactions. Responsibilities included: Analyzing and verifying that Salvadoran legal requirements were met for all bank documents, including: Public Deeds, Purchases of property, Mortgages and Commercial loans; Ensuring all commercial documents are processed through the public property registry; Providing guidance and support to bank clients about the legal process; And, working closely with Government of El Salvador institutions to ensure the bank’s documents were legally sound. I verified anywhere from 3-45 transaction per day. Banco Agricola is an international bank, part of the Bancolombia group.

Managed the electronic banking portfolio for over 100 private sector clients.
